We understand the great importance of human connections to others. We make sure that our crew have these strong passion to understand customers needed and perspectives not just for themselves but also for other creatures as well. Every journey you have with us is also a journey for Paduppa. We believe that a good hospitality comes from the heart and the willing of understand each other.
For the first time, Paduppa Resort is the only company along the Bira Beach who are willing to develop vision, cultures with the local community together to learn about the surrounding environment. We see so much trash from nowhere landing on our seashore that it is a nonstop process. In the first batch, we try to create people space in Paduppa Workshop to recycle the trash into a masterpiece artwork of our vision. The local people develop their vision together and earn income(fee) as an artist for this project. Some were doing collaboration with residency artists and some were doing his/her own multifunction items such as small chairs, etc to be sold back to the market. We realize that economic growth is very important for the people. It is one of our main concern, to make the people around Bira beach self-sufficent so then they can join the rest of the plan to have contribution on trash, sanitation and nature conservation issues. These are the first attempts since Paduppa launched in 2019. We wish for more ideas to engage not just with the community and nature but with you too as well.
